Went to have my hair highlighted some time ago and left in horror. Not only was my hair ruined but my shirt was also. I went to my local spa afterwards in tears and the owner actually called the owner of the salon and told her my hair needed to be addressed..... no response ever. Horrible experience to say the least.
Got my hair done here a few months ago... my new hair dresser is still trying to fix it! Horrible horrible. Expensive too, especially when they don’t even compare to the quality of work that should come with the price tag!
Cheyenne is the absolute best! I highly recommend this salon to everyone! I've never had a bad visit and my hair always looks amazing!

My stylist was Cheyenne. She was WONDERFUL. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted, I'm so happy with it. She was attentive and actually cared about how I looked and it was great. Completely worth the money. Also, the salon itself is just so pretty and welcoming and everyone seemed nice. I don't think I'll go anywhere else but here again.
Love getting my wet cut with Whitney. She has this amazing way of feeling that my hair is even with her eyes closed. Seriously, she does a great job, and I really like this salon. Its location is fun, in the middle of Carrollton's hoppin' square, too, so you can eat a sandwich or grab a pint on the way to your cut!
Update: y’all.. it wasn’t a bad haircut like they’re saying. I got a trim. It was the highlights. “It saddens me” that’s y’all don’t even know. I also did show up to get them fixed and it still wasn’t correct. Learn to blend.
I normally avoid hair cuts because of bad experiences. They literally leave me panicky and most of the time I walk out in tears, but this place did the best job.
