Just two short days after talking with Ken, the return was posted on the loan. It seems Ken is the man that can get things done.

I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a car... Josh and Skylar did everything they possibly could to help me get my bumblebee 2017 charger:) with a reasonable car note.

All in all, I would be happy to bump this review to a 4 star, but NOT until that money gets back to me.

Update: Heard quickly from Ken at Scott Evans Dodge, like within 30 minutes of posting this review. Ken was very informative and professional during our conversation. He explained the process, apologized for the oversight, and then stated the refund would be credited to the loan within 7 to 10 business days. I will update again as the process continues.

I am in a rush to get that on the loan so I can get the car listed as a family situation has come about and I need to sell the car.

I saw a car i was interested in come available online and since I only live minutes away, I decided to check it out in person. I drove to the dealership to inquire about the vehicle, a used 2015 Corvette, and found it located outside of the service department. I went inside and was greeted by Clint. I asked if the car was available and he said it was. When I mentioned that I would like to take a look at it, he immediately backtracked, saying that they had another deal on that same vehicle and he would "have to check to see if it was available or not." I stated that it wasn't a big deal if it was already spoken for, I was actually a week or two from buying because I was waiting for some accounts to update on my credit report to put me in a better position. I was only looking because they had a fantastic price on the car and I was willing to get creative if it were something i decided I wanted.

Long story short, Clint pulled the car around, asked for my license and other info to put me in the computer, and proceeded to run a credit check on me for a vehicle that I hadn't had a chance to look at nor test drive. A vehicle that turned out to be unavailable anyway because an employee was working a deal on it that same day. I was honest with Clint from the start and I feel like he was totally dishonest with me and pushy. If the vehicle was unavailable to begin with, why in the world would you walk someone into a credit check and an unnecessary inquiry. I don't know if I should be more upset with Clint and his tactics or myself for not seeing it and allowing this to happen.

So I purchased my vehicle on yesterday, however I went down to the dealership on Monday and Mr. Clint was my salesperson, and he told me to he would do everything he can to help me leave off the lot with the 2018, but he came back and told me that he would need a little more help to put me in that vehicle, but by Wednesday I should here back from him and I did. I waited hours and hours for a response and at noon Mr. Clint and the financial department called and told me I was approved. Even though I drove an hour away to get a new vehicle it was worth the drive! I would say hands down this is the best car business place and the best customer service in Carrollton area, and if you are looking to purchase a car talk to Mr. Clint, because if you have faith and be patient Mr. Clint will makes “MOUNTAINS MOVE”!!!!

This is what is irking me badly. I went back to the dealership on 09/21/2017 and canceled my GAP and extended warranty. I have the paperwork that says it would be completed in 30 days. I called them this past Monday, 11/27/2017 (69 days later) and was told by someone in finance that it would be 6-8 weeks. Not what is on the paperwork, but okay. Now we are working on 10 weeks and as of this morning, 11/29/2017 the nearly $5K has not hit the loan...

I went to the dealership to have a warning light checked. Turns out it was a front right wheel speed sensor. Guy tells me it is $220 to fix. I said okay, I'll get back with you. He immediately said that aftermarkets were not available. I guess he took my "I'll get back with you" as an "that's crazy, I'll fix it myself." In all honesty, I was not thinking that, but decided to go ahead and look the part up myself. Found them for around $20 and watched a video, it's a 20 minute tops swap out. Now, I understand that going to a dealership to have something fixed is more expensive, so to be honest, that really did not bother me too much. I've been around the block, so I understand that.

The purchase of my vehicle was fine. The sales guy was a cool dude and we actually had good conversation as I looked at different cars and such. Unfortunately, he does not work there anymore. The facility is nice, could use a bit of paint here and there, but seems professional as you enter. The reason I am giving Scott Evans Dodge a one star review is due to two instances that have occurred since my purchase of a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T.

This experience was the best car buying experience, I've ever had. The only thing that would have made it better would have been the attitude of the finance person. My sales person Gerald was the best!! Initially I gave the dealership excellent ratings, until I refinanced my Jeep, I've been waiting for a refund from my GAP insurance for months and have been given the run around. While the buying experience was great the Finance department is one to be desired.
