Worst customer service. The clerk wouldn't make eye contact wanted to be on her phone. She was rude and in my opinion not fit for customer service.
Awful customer service. I needed a new title mailed and checked three times to make sure the woman had my current address and knew that my old address was no longer correct and they still mailed it to the wrong place; that could have gotten my title stolen. Zero concern for the welfare of others' needs.
Pam was great! Quick and painless - she was very helpful and rerouted me to the correct place since I thought I had to use the kiosk - my registration was tagged at the wrong county. Faye was very helpful over the phone too! Love the friendly services that was provided!
The agent who waited on me was the Poster Child for rude , I could care less DMV workers. I called the day before to ask what documents I needed to register a 45 year old Vintage Motorcycle. Got there and was told I needed another form because the Cycle was not in the computer, then was told that GA purged its records about 1997 and my cycle may have been purged because of the age. Yet, I still had to get a Vin number inspection that cost $8,to prove that I didn't steal a 45 YO cycle that GA Purged from its records. I am a 71 Year old Vet who was treated by the agent like a criminal.
Close at 5 but no titles after 4:30... Maybe put that on your website so us taxpayers don't waste time we could be using to produce taxable goods and services to pay your salaries.
