I don't care for the birds or fish but boy do i love reptiles and they do a pretty good job (for a store) with their reptiles the only exception being the pacman frogs which are kept together and are cannibalistic and them constantly being out of crickets but other than that its good
My experience was buying a pair of guinea pigs and very positive. The person who assisted me was a pet owner and animal lover who was very experienced and sexed the piggies. She asked questions without being intrusive to ensure they would be cared for in their new home. Made sure I have everything needed without a pushy up-sell. The price was reasonable without being so low you worry about their care, you know what I mean. She was very kind and handled my new pets well. Upon payment, I was able to leave the animals there for a couple of days in their care while I prepare their home. The only downside for some may be that I had to ask for assistance. In my case that is preferable as I prefer to look first, and everyone seems happy to help when you are ready.
Friendly staff, best selection of brands, some prices are a bit too much but there is a huge selection with high and low prices, there is a wash your pet station, birds, reptiles, fish, sometimes ferrets or bunnies too. Every so often they have adoptions there.
Worst pet store ive ever been in. Ordered a tank 2 weeks ago. It never got ordered. mgr reordered sat said it would be in tues. Called tues morning it came in and she put my name on it. Went to pick it up another mgr sold it to employee named anna. Then he told me "i dont know what to tell you i sold it" long story short cops got called he lied and said that i made a racial slur.
