Loved the friendly staff! The location and the ability to get in and out is great! Food was hot & fresh! (Best of all, I don't have a kitchen to clean!) The only complaint is that I ordered an extra large sprite with no ice, and after arriving home, (12 miles away) the sprite was actually a WATER! :( I tried calling them to let them know about the error only NO ONE ANSWERED. Hopefully, I'll get to speak to someone this evening after their dinner rush is over...
Took drive thru 30 minutes !! I'm not joking 30 min. and they were not even that busy. Three people taking orders. I'm not sure what the point is to have the crew members(no sense of urgency) taking orders. They laugh and carry on and waste time, it would be faster to just let people order their own food. Anyways, food was just ok. Fries were cold. They left out one of my kid's meal drinks. Asked me if I wanted sauce, I told them, they still didn't give me any (twice this has happened).
Food was on par for what you expect from Chick-fi-A; very good. The service was friendly and quick. New management and employees have a little way to go to reach what is the gold standard of fast food excellence that this franchise is known for. Still I'd rate this better than most fast food restaurants in the area. But as I said it, my expectation was excellence that Chick-fil-A is known for.
Best restaurant chain on the planet. Locations are consistently on point. Friendly and courteous staff.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, food order was slightly wrong but nothing to make a fuss about. Mobile app needs work but the service was great! One super sweet young lady helped me carry my drinks out to my car.
