My honeymoon was planned out perfectly. Our travel agent, Von Dixon, handled all items including tickets, dining reservations, excursions, and resort accommodations. The room and resort she chose was perfect and the week couldn't have gone better. While on our trip, she made sure to be available for contact in case any emergencies arose. I will use them again for my travels.
This company continues to send mailings and fliers to MY house addressed to my husbands x-wife even though she has never lived here and in fact has never even stepped foot on my property. I have asked them to stop numerous times (at least 5) by phone and in writing to cease to no avail. The owner herself assured me that this was taken care of. It just infuriates me that a simple request to remove my address from their mailing list cannot be completed correctly. Makes me wonder how they could possibly coordinate complex travel arrangements.
